HOLLY DAVIES, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist

Holly is a licensed dental professional who specializes in preventive oral health, typically focusing on techniques in oral hygiene. Her common procedures include cleanings known as prophylaxis,scaling and root planing. Holly uses numerous specialized instruments and an assortment of tools to complete cleaning tasks. A dental hygienist removes soft and hard deposits from teeth, teaches patients how to practice good oral hygiene and provide other preventive dental care. She also helps patients develop and maintain good oral health such as, how to select a toothbrush and shows you how to brush and floss your teeth. She will examine patients’ teeth and gums, recording the presence of diseases or abnormalities.. It is very important to schedule a routine cleaning every 3 to 6 months.

Holly attended Hinds in 1999 where she also was an active dental assistant during her many years of Dental Hygiene school. Holly then graduated from UMC in 2008. We are very proud of Holly and enjoy her upbeat energy and caring appearance around the Holt Dental Center office.
